When you purchase your Membership you will be prompted to activate your account by creating a username and password. These are what you will use each time to login to access your courses and programs. It is recommended that you save your login details to a password manager and bookmark the site to your favourites so that it is easy to find. You will also be sent an email with the link to your member’s area.
There is an extensive library of resources that is available immediately once you join. The content is not drip fed, and is available for you to work through at your own pace. Any new programs and resources will be uploaded to the portal when they are released and you will have immediate access to them. There may be courses released in the future that are drip fed. Usually this will be because the program is delivered live, recorded and uploaded, so the material will be available incrementally.
Yes, some of the courses & programs are available for purchase in the online store. If you purchase courses individually, you get lifetime access to it. If you subscribe as a member, you have access to all of them, accessible any time for the time you are an active paid up member.
The price you join at is your price for life. It will not increase so long as you don’t cancel and you keep your membership active with your payments up to date. If you cancel or fail to renew, you are then considered a ‘new’ member and if the price has increased, your membership will be the most up to date rate.
You may cancel your membership at anytime inside the membership portal. Your cancellation will take effect at the next renewal. If you cancel you will lose access to all the training in the members area and all of the membership benefits.
Yes, when new courses and programs are released they will be made available automatically in your member dashboard at no extra cost to your regular subscription.
Yes, if they are employed by you then you can give them access with your logins. If they leave your employment or no longer work with you their access must be revoked.
You may not share your login information or access with anyone else apart from your VA team. You must not provide your clients, friends or anyone else access. The membership logs record multiple access and may block IP addresses if it appears the login details have been shared and accessed by multiple people or devices.
The program may also be available inside the membership alongside the other trainings. You will not receive a credit or a refund for any courses or programs purchased prior, but you will still continue to have access to those programs should you terminate your membership in the future. You can also purchase any of the courses and programs separately at the prices displayed on the website. These coursed you purchase will continue to be available to you should you terminate your membership in the future.
